We're GROWING! Thanks to YOU!

We're excited to announce that on October 21, Lauren Thorn, Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), is joining the staff of BBN Physical Therapy. As a small business, the addition of staff is always reassuring as it indicates growth. We want to say a huge THANKS to all of our current and former patients, as nearly half of our new patients come from YOUR referral of family and friends to us. We appreciate the trust you place in us!

We know we have landed a gem in Lauren, and we're sure that you'll agree. Her combination of strong clinical skills and compassion for others is what we require of our staff. Lauren graduated from Washington State Community College in Marietta, Ohio in 2012. She has worked as an outpatient PTA since graduation, and also has experience working in a skilled nursing setting. Lauren hails from West Virginia (she's a Mountaineers fan--we're overlooking it!) and moved to Lexington upon graduation.

Outside the clinic, Lauren likes to spend a majority of her time in the outdoors where you can find her attempting to do Yoga on her paddleboard (you did NOT misread that), hiking, or going for a long run. She has completed 3 full marathons, as well as a handful of half marathons (including one in a tutu at the Disney princess half marsthon!) Lauren also is a wish granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation where she loves bringing smiles to her Make-A-Wish kids and their families. Welcome Lauren, we’re so glad to have you!
