Kris is very familiar with the Lexington community, as he is a 2002 graduate of Transylvania University and a native Kentuckian. Kris says, "I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion for injury prevention and recovery with Lexington." Kris and his wife are excited to raise their two sons in the Big Blue Nation. As our Clinic manager, he prides himself in running a clinic that is friendly, upbeat, and fun. You can often find Kris reminding people that just because you’re in pain, it doesn’t mean you can’t have a good time-- including fun with physical therapy! Eizabeth Powell, DPT
Physical Therapist
Elizabeth holds a  Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky. She became aware of the impact that pelvic floor physical therapy can have on someone’s quality of life while completing a part time clinical rotation at BBN as a student and fell in love with the field, returning to BBN to complete her final clinical rotation. She is excited to be able to help women live better lives, less burdened by bladder, bowel, and sex issues and pain. Elizabeth also has a keen interest in neurorehabilitation from her previous career as an engineer in clinical research. She spends the majority of her time treating pelvic health but also sees patients for orthopedic issues. When she’s not at work, Elizabeth likes to garden, bake, workout, and spend time with her husband and dog.
