Insurance jargon can make you want to pull your hair out, no doubt. Since it's the beginning of the year, we thought we would share a short video by none other than Mr. Kris Winders that will hopefully help you wade through the mess of words that is insurance. Always keep in mind that almost all insurance companies allow direct access to physical therapy, meaning you don't need a referral from your doctor.
