BBN Physical Therapy is a small business unaffiliated with any of the local hospitals, and because of this we greatly depend on our online presence and positive word-of-mouth from patients to grow and maintain our practice. As a valued patient or referrer, you know the pride we take in our staff and the high level of service we provide. We would be extraordinarily grateful if you would share your firsthand knowledge of our business by taking 2 minutes to provide a review---and we've made it as simple as possible for you. Please follow the directions below to review us on Google, Yelp or Facebook (or all 3!). If you do not have any of these accounts, they are quite simple to set up and our staff can help-just ask. If you don't want any of these accounts but would like to help us, we always appreciate testimonials that we can add to our website or share with doctors--please discuss this with our staff as well!

To Leave Us a Google Review (Gmail account required):

1) Go to https://www.google.com/maps

2) Type in BBN Physical Therapy Lexington, KY and click on our location when it pops up

3) On the left hand side of the screen, you'll see our location information, contact information, etc and when you scroll down you'll see reviews past patients have already provided (THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!). The last line, at the bottom of this box says "WRITE A REVIEW" in blue (see pix below). Click on those words.

4) If you are not signed into you gmail account already, you will be asked to do so. If you are signed in, a box like below will pop up (with your name!):

5) Simply click on the number of stars you would rate us, and then describe your experience with us. Click "POST" and you're finished. You've now helped us crawl up toward the top of the webpage when someone is looking for physical therapy and Googles a statement like "Physical Therapy in Lexington, KY". Thanks SO MUCH!!!

To Leave a Yelp Review (which can be duplicated on Facebook by simply checking a box!):

1) Create or log in to your user account at www.yelp.com.

2) In the "Find" box at the top, type in BBN Physical Therapy, and click our name when it pops up. You may have to enter the location as well if it doesn't already say Lexington, KY.

3) Click on "Write a Review" and you'll be led through the steps to do so. As of May 9, 2017, we had no Yelp reviews. Thanks for being the first....or second or third, etc!

4) Again please note---you can check a box that states "Share Your Reviews on Facebook". This should makes it easy to do two at once! Thank you so much for taking a few minutes to help our business.

To Leave Us a Facebook Review:

1) Sign into your Facebook account at www.facebook.com.

2) Search for BBN Physical Therapy and go to our page. (Please "LIKE" us if you have not already done so!)

3) On the left-hand side of the screen, find and click on "Reviews".

4) You'll land on our reviews page and on the right-hand side of the page you'll see a box that states "Tell people what you think". You will then be able to rate us in stars, as well as share about your experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME!
